Gwynn Systems was incorporated in September of 1990. The founders of the company are Gerald R. (Jerry) Keller and Francis J. (Frank) Nash, Jr., PE. Gwynn Systems became an entity by purchasing the Energy Management Division of John B. Gwynn, Inc.

All of the computer based control systems installed by John B. Gwynn, Inc., since 1978 have been engineered, and supervised, by the personnel of Gwynn Systems, Inc. Gwynn Systems, an independent energy management and control system contractor, is the Master Dealer for the New England States, excluding Connecticut, for American Auto-Matrix hardware and software.

Gwynn Systems offers complete custom design, engineering, installation, and service for American Auto-matrix computer-based process systems, from the simplest, to the most complex. Our proven track record in computer-based/DDC control systems comprises many tens of thousands of control points.
